1On the upper-right corner, click the Image AddedWi-Fi icon. Click on "Open Network Preferences".Image Added
2Click on the "Advanced..." button at the bottom of the window.Image Added
3Select the eduroam listing by clicking on it. Click the minus "-" sign below the box to remove the profile.Image Added
4The eduroam listing should disappear. Click OK. When the window closes, click Apply. Then, close the current window.Image Added
5On the upper-right corner, click the Image AddedWi-Fi icon. Click on "eduroam" to join the network.Image Added
6Your computer will want to reconnect to eduroam. Enter your Berkeley Lab username and password to update the network profile.Image Added
7Wait a few seconds for your computer to authenticate. You can verify that you connected to the eduroam network successfully, if you see the checkmark next to eduroam.Image Added
8Also, you may reconnect to eduroam at a later time from scratch if you follow the instructions here.
