Sweep Dates:

Biweekly paid employees:

• The 1st business day of each week at 10:00 AM (unless specified otherwise); and,
• The 1st business day of the month at 10:00 AM.
• Please refer to the weekly sweep schedule.

Monthly paid employees:

• Please refer to the monthly sweep schedule.

If there are any changes to the published sweep schedule, (holidays, fiscal year end, or annual Lab shutdown) the Sweep Dates link in LETS will be updated and an email will be sent out advising of the change.

Deadlines for Time Certification Reports Checklist Entries:

Employees and Approvers should provide their signed signature required reports to their timekeeper no later than the 10th of the following month. 

Timekeepers must acknowledge receipt of the signed signature required reports in LETS no later than the 15th of the following month by 5:00 PM. 

If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day at 5:00 PM. 

Functional Owner:

This is the home of the ITBS LETS Home space.

Description:
LETS is a time entry system for LBNL employees (excluding GSRA's). It captures time and project information for use by the Payroll and Labor Distribution systems.

WebLETS is an intranet interface to the LETS system for use by Timekeepers and backup Timekeepers.

LETSLite is an internet interface to the LETS system for use by Approvers, backup Approvers, Inputters, backup Inputters and Employee Self-inputters.

LETSLite URL: https://lets.lbl.gov - use LDAP username and password.
