BRIEF

Policy Summary

The Vehicle Accidents and Property Damage policy at Berkeley Lab requires that all on-site vehicle accidents are reported to security. Vehicles include bicycles and all gas and electric powered vehicles. Government vehicles involved in on-site or off-site accidents or that sustain damage must be reported using a Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Motor Vehicle Accident Report.
