1Go to the website https://password.lbl.gov

2Select "I forgot my password or it expired, so I need a reset code."

3Confirm that you are not a robot and click Begin.

4Enter your Berkeley Lab username and click Next.

5Select the desired contact method and click Next.

6You will received a reset code on the contact method you selected previously. Type in your Berkeley Lab username and the reset code.

6Create a brand new password that is at least 14 characters that you have not use with the lab before and click Save.

7If your password is accepted, you will see a message saying your password has successfully been changed.No image
