Thg LBL eduroam configuration site is  here

As of 5/23, 2014 we have determined that Windows 8, Macs, and iPads will work using the installer presented (as shown below).  Windows 7 is a problem  and needs further research.

------ Installer options on the eduroam site

Click on the bar for the operating system that matches your computer.

The steps you will take after selecting one of the choices above are similar for all the operating systems except Windows 7:

save the installer to a location on your hard drive

find the downloaded file and run it

run the installer application from that location

If you are presented with a User Account Control dialog box asking if you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer, click Yes

    • Program name:    eduroam configurator
    • Verified publisher:    TERENA
    • File origin: Downloaded from the Internet

You must restart your computer to complete the installation.

That depends on your operating system:

iOS

delete the application and re-install it

Mac

open Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access -> login

delete the eduroam profile

the next time you connect to the eduroam network, you will be asked for your credentials (LDAP username and password).
