This set of LED indicators shows the status of the feedback system:

Permission: indicates whether or not that feedback system can be enabled. Conditions for this are beam coming out of the monochromator, as well as an image on the fast shutter that serves as the reference to correct. The fast shutter needs to be closed for the feedback system to be permitted.

Enabled: Indicates the active status of the feedback system. See here, how to change this:

Moving: If the system is actively correcting either the horizontal (via Chi2) or vertical (via m2 tilt) these LED symbols light up. See here how to retune the beam manually.
