Paint/Powder Coat

The Paint/Powder Coat Shop offers full-service painting and powder coating of various materials. The facility includes a an overhead crane, 7M X 10M sandblasting room, fully ventilated paint booth and a 4M X 4M X 2M curing oven.

Powder coating:
• Powder coatings emit zero or near zero volatile organic compounds (VOC).
• Powder coatings can produce much thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging.
• Powder coating overspray can be recycled and thus it is possible to achieve nearly 100% use of the coating.

Powder Pallet:

The shop stocks approximately 80 colors and can order additional colors with a delivery time of 3-4 days.

The most popular colors include: Bamboo Beige, Blue ("ALS" Blue Displayed), Black and White
