The subcontractor submits the construction schedule and/or work plans weekly or as requested by the Project Manager, including the construction inspection schedule, commissioning activities, and hold points (as required).
- The Project Manager schedules in-house work through the Work Request Center. This activity may be delegated to the Construction Manager, if assigned, and is supported by the Work Planning & Controls Planner/Scheduler.
