The DCM Department Head, or designee, conducts a preliminary review of requests for work and assigns the project to the appropriate DCM resource. Projects are assigned within DCM based on their Associate Laboratory Directorships (ALDs).
Work requests typically begin under a Work Order for scoping and estimating. The work request is entered into Maximo online to generate a Work Order.
