New and/or revised EHS authorizations may be required for new activities planned following project completion and/or new operating systems installation. The client is responsible, in consultation with EHS, for developing and/or revising all applicable formal EHS authorizations in accordance with LBNL Health and Safety Manual, PUB-3000. Formal authorizations requiring EHS participation in or concurrence with include but are not limited to Activity Hazard Documents (AHDs), Radiological Work Authorizations, electrical installations according to the LBNL Electrical Authority Having Jurisdiction: Standard Procedure for Safe Electrical Installations, Electrical Safe Work Program, Electrical Equipment Safety Program, and Biological Work Authorizations.
