- This article shows how to manage your Berkeley Lab Identity Account Notification Information
- To view or make changes to your Berkeley Lab identity account Notification Information, you must have your:
- Berkeley Lab Identity Account password
- Access to your Berkeley Lab identity account Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- If you do not have access to your Berkeley Lab Identity Account password and/or MFA, you will not have access to make changes or view your Notification Information.
Please send a help request to [email protected] and include:- Your full name
- Your Berkeley Lab username
- Your Berkeley Lab employee ID number
- non-LBL email address
- Contact number
Resolution
| 1 | Go to https://password.lbl.gov (It is recommended to use Google Chrome) | no image |
| 2 | Click on I would like to change my notification information |

| 3 | Sign in with your Berkeley Lab identity account information |

| 4 | Provide your MFA code if asked |
|
| 5 | Follow the onscreen instructions to make changes to your Notification Information | no image |
