If you have a business need to access 50B-1275 or 50A-1156 add the work group IT Data Center to your JHA which will trigger the requirement to take EHS0361 which is the “Institutional Computer Room Training”. This training must be taken once every three years. Once completed, email confirmation of successful training to [email protected]. You will be emailed when you have been granted access.
If you are outside the IT organization you will need to request access via the [email protected], identify your business need for access and which centers you need access to and the duration. Once we received the proof of satisfactory completion of the training, you will be contacted if you have been approved access.
For 50A-2109 you currently do not need EHS361, though it is recommended. Once a “lite” version is created, we will be requiring that training in order to regularly access the co-lo data center. In the meantime requests can go to [email protected].
