ITE-12SD (Display) Hold

Hold and Alternate Two Calls allows you to alternate between two calls by pressing the hold button.  You may use other features (e.g., Abbreviated Dialing or Last Number Redial) once a call has been placed on hold.

To place a call on hold:

1. Press HOLD.
2. The EXT lamp should be blinking.
3. The call should now be on hold.

To retrieve a call from hold:

1. Press the extension that is on hold.
2. The EXT lamp should be blinking.
3. Lift the handset.
4. You should be reconnected to the call.
5. The EXT lamp should be ON.
