The meeting will be held at Asilomar Conference Grounds (800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove, California 93950). Housing at the conference grounds is available, but very limited. Availability is on a first come first served basis. For your convenience, we highly recommend that you book your housing at the Asilomar Conference Grounds.
Since housing is very limited, please arrange your housing immediately upon completion of your registration. To book your housing at Asilomar, fill out the form found HERE. Note that the Asilomar charges include your room and breakfast, lunch, and dinner for five days. If you are not attending for the full five days of the meeting, you will need to arrange a pro-rated shorted stay with Asilomar. Asilomar cancelation policies are described on the form and on the park’s website (insert link).
If Asilomar cannot provide housing for you, there are options in Monterey (13 minutes from Asilomar) and Pacific Grove. Please see the Monterey Visitors Bureau. Check with hotels whether courtesy van transportation to/from Asilomar is available. Please note the off-site participants will need to pay a $10/day use fee to Asilomar, for access to the state park, on arrival, at the desk inside the Social Hall.
