Will do a documentathon on Aug 20 during NERSC downtime Effective Meetings - gave 20 minute presentation on Agendas and Attendees at the JMT July 30. Will follow up with them next week to see if they have implemented any changes. Not having any luck getting others to help with this project so need to recruit some new folks. 10 minutes	ideas for next projects		Can we restart PCN's or Technology transfer groups? the pacbio pooling implementation, itags are both examples of how poor communication has caused us to have to react to changes that could have been planned for in a proactive way. The upcoming move will probably be very painful if we cannot do better. Gather requirements for how we would do a project related to helping with prioritizing production planning at the WFPM. Right now it seems that whoever is present at the meeting gets to set priority. We need to figure out what data we would need to have in front of us to make the decision and where that data is located.
