  • The project team shall maintain photographic documentation of the physical progress of the work and ensure that before and after photographs are taken as a minimum.
  • Depending upon the complexity of the project, weekly construction progress or Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings shall be held with the construction subcontractor. Minutes of these meetings shall be prepared by the Project Coordinator or A/E of record, distributed to the project team, and filed in the project file.
  • Material submittals and shop drawings shall be processed in a timely manner.
  • The Project Manager shall prepare a Daily Log of Construction report on construction activities for all projects. If assigned to a project, the Construction Manager may perform this function and submit the daily reports to the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator files the daily reports in the project file.
  • The Project Manager shall coordinate and issue construction document clarifications as necessary.
  • The Project Manager shall maintain a Project Change Log listing all scope changes and subcontract change orders. Refer to Section 6.12, Change Control.
  • Inspection Report: The Construction Inspector will issue construction inspection reports for each day he/she is on the job, noting observations from jobsite visits.
