Proceedings

The Proceedings for TAUP2013 will be published by Elsevier B. V. as a Virtual Special Issue, online and open access.  Thus there will be a unique site where one can access all talks, plenary and parallel, and all posters presented at TAUP2013.  All papers included in the Virtual Special Issue will also appear in one of two Elsevier online journals that are fully citable.

The plenary session talks within this volume will also be published as a special volume of Elsevier’s new online journal Physics of the Dark Universe.  These papers will go through a standard peer-review refereeing process, overseen by the scientific editors of this journal (G. Bertone, L. Amendola, S. Profumo, T. Tait, and L. Verde).

The TAUP2013 parallel session talks and poster presentations will also appear in Elsevier’s conference proceedings, Physics Procedia.  These papers will be reviewed by members of the local organizing committee and TAUP conveners, with the TAUP2013 lead organizers, Frank Avignone and Wick Haxton, acting as the scientific editors for this volume of Physics Procedia.

Instructions for Authors

Plenary session speakers:   The plenary talks should be submitted as any other article. On submission, be sure to select "SI: DARK TAUP 2013" as the article type. The format follows the standard guide for authors,
These articles do not have page limits, though we recommend a length of about 10 pages for most contributions. As noted above, the manuscripts will go through the normal Dark Universe peer review process. These articles will be typeset, so there is no need to produce a "camera ready" document.  However, please do consult the style guide for instructions on referencing, figures, etc.

Parallel session speakers and TAUP poster presenters:   Parallel talks and poster presentations should be prepared as camera-ready manuscripts using the Physics Procedia instructions and latex template found at 

Length restrictions:  The formatted manuscript cannot be shorter than three pages nor longer than 10 pages. Completed manuscripts should be sent to

Due dates:  Both plenary and parallel/poster papers must be submitted by April 28, 2014.
