ITE-4 Hold

Hold and Alternate Two Calls allows you to alternate between two calls by pressing the hold button.  You may use other features (e.g., Abbreviated Dialing or Last Number Redial) once a call has been placed on hold.

To place a call on hold:

1. Press HOLD.
2. The call should now be on hold.

To retrieve a call from hold:

1. Lift the handset.
2. You should hear, “Hold. Hold.”
3. You should hear dial tone.
4. Press HOLD.
5. You should be reconnected to the call.
