Meeting and Housing Registrations-old

There are two steps in registering for TAUP2013.

Meeting registration:  The meeting registration form is here.  As the capacity of the meeting site is limited, meeting attendance is by invitation.  Registration consists of completing the registration form and paying the $450 registration fee.  We will respond within a week to confirm that you have been accepted.  If for some reason you do not receive a response within a week, please contact the Secretariat immediately.

Asilomar housing:  Once you have received your acceptance, please arrange for your housing directly through Asilomar.  That requires you to fill out the form found here, returning it by email or fax to Asilomar.  Please do not make housing reservations until you receive from us an emailed acceptance.  Please do make your housing reservation immediately on receiving your acceptance, as the housing on site is limited.  Note that the Asilomar charges include your room and breakfast, lunch, and dinner for five days.   If you are not attending for the full five days of the meeting, you will need to arrange a pro-rated shorter stay with Asilomar.  Asilomar cancelation policies are described on the form and on the park’s website.

If Asilomar cannot provide housing for you, there are options in Monterey and Pacific Grove.  Please see the “Monterey Visitors Bureau” link under “The Surroundings:Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur” on the front page of this website (left).  Check with hotels whether courtesy van transportation to/from Asilomar is available.  Please note that offsite participants will need to pay a $10/day use fee to Asilomar, for access to the state park, on arrival, at the desk at the Social Hall.
