AODocs workflows provide a simple way to automate a processes, such as document reviews, invoice processing, document publication, etc. An AODocs workflow is defined by a series of “workflow states”, and by the possible transitions between these states.
The default Workflow for the BPIP Template library contains the following States and Transitions and their permissions:
Transitions between states are defined and given conditions under every state, as are the setting Notifications, Permissions, Customizations and Versions.
