Business Case

There are hundreds of hours of JGI employee time dedicated to attending and participating in meetings in each week. Implementing strategies to improve our meetings’ efficiencies can lead to

  1. Increased productivity - by making the meetings more effective, you should be able to reduce the amount.

  2. Reduced stress - poorly run meetings can lead to employees becoming frustrated when they feel that their time is being wasted

Project Statement

The goal of this project is to give JGI employees some strategies to improve the effectiveness of meetings and making holding effective meetings part of our culture.
