Only users with Administrator-level permissions to a library can access the AODocs administration console for that library and they can do so by click Administration > Library administration in the upper-right of any AODocs library page.

Library Administrators can also directly access the basic roles/permissions for a library from the Administration drop-down menu shown above under Library security
Library Administrators can add, remove or modify library users with the basic library roles (Administrator, Contributor and Reader) from the Library security drop-down menu. More advanced library roles can only be configured in the Library configuration > Roles section of the Admin Interface.
