Click the Finder icon in the Dock

On the menu bar:

  1. Click Go
  2. Select Go to Folder...

  1. Copy and paste the following in to Go to the Folder field: /Applications/Druva inSync.app/Contents/Resources/Uninstall inSync.app
  2. Click Go

3Double click the icon Uninstall inSyncand follow the onscreen prompt

4When you see the prompt Do you want to retain inSync settings for future use?, click No

5Once uninstallation is done, restart the computer and reinstall Druva inSyncno image
