- To view or make changes to your Berkeley Lab identity account Notification Information, you must have accessyour:
- Berkeley Lab Identity Account password
- Access to your Berkeley Lab identity account Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- If you do not have access to your Berkeley Lab Identity Account password and/or MFA, you will not have access to make changes or view your Notification Information.
Please send a help request to [email protected] and include:- Your full name
- Your Berkeley Lab username
- Your Berkeley Lab employee ID number
- non-LBL email address
- Contact number
