Overview

Google Sites provides discrete web Web sites which can contain static pages, wiki-like pages, announcement pages, file cabinets, and attachments. In addition, Google Sites can integrate content from other Google Applications G Suite Apps like Docs and Calendar, and outside sources like Youtube Smartsheet, YouTube and RSS feeds.Access can be provided to an individual, anyone at the lab, or to anyone you send the link to. A Google site can also be made public so anyone on the Internet can see the content.

Getting Started

http://gsites.lbl.gov or click on "Sites" from the Google Tools Bar at Launcher (Waffle) Image Added on the upper left right hand corner of most Google G Suite Apps (like Berkeley Lab Gmail, GcalCalendar, or GdocsDrive).

To test the new Google Sites released in November, 2016, please visit http://gsites.lbl.gov/new. Starting in 2018, Google will start phasing out the classic Google Sites in favor of their newer release. Please migrate your old site to the new if possible.
