Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements prior to receiving final approval for travel to Spain. All information must be submitted in the Trip Comment section in TREX prior to submitting for division approval:
• Complete Contact Information: cell phone number, personal and work email addresses.
• Supervisor Contact Information: name, email, and contact number of designated emergency contact.
• Complete Airline Information: this includes details on all designated flights and transit cities.
• Hotel Information: complete hotel information including name, address, and phone number of the hotel.
