Is there a preferred method for naming printers at the Lab?
The IT Division follows the following standard when naming printers:
The default print driver is typically Postscript. However, if in the process of adding a printer to a computer, you want two versions, one with postscript driver and one with a PCL6 driver, a suffix can be added to the name you refer to on your computer.
