Google Drive is already protected and backed up - a great places to put your files!
Inactive devices over 90 days old will be removed from Druva and their backups will be deleted!
What should I know about Druva?
- Purchase Druva at the Software Download Page
- Backup a maximum to ten devices, total of 1TB of data
- Not for server backup
- Install Druva using the instructions
Cancel or remove a device by sending a request to [email protected].
- The Druva account and all devices/data will be disabled and then permanently deleted if this is requested.
Inactive Devices
Devices may be inactive due to:
- Device has not connected to the internet long enough to complete a backup
- Device is not running
On the inactive computer:
- Restart
- Open Druva, and click Backup
- During this process do not shutdown, restart, or allow the computer to sleep
- When the backup is complete you will see a line that says Last Successful Backup time
- If you do not, reinstall Druva inSync
- If reinstalling does not resolve this, send an email to [email protected]
