    Inactive Devices

Devices may be inactive due to:

    • Device has not connected to the internet long enough to complete a backup
    • Device is not running

    On the inactive computer:

    1. Restart
    2. Open Druva, and click Backup
      1. During this process do not shutdown, restart, or allow the computer to sleep
    3. When the backup is complete you will see a line that says Last Successful Backup time
    4. If you do not, reinstall Druva inSync
    5. If reinstalling does not resolve this, send an email to [email protected]
