Please perform some troubleshooting steps mentioned below to get this fix for the user
1) Sign Out of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. 
 2) Restart your machine 
 3) Launch Task manager(Windows)/ Activity Monitor(Mac) and make sure no 
 Adobe processes are running in the background. If so please End Task  /Quit them. 
Some major processes may  include  Adobe Creative Cloud 
               CCLibraries 
               CCXProcess 
               Creative Cloud Desktop 
               Coresync 
               Creative Cloud 
               Adobe CEF Helper 
               Adobe IPC Broker 
               PDApp.exe 
              AcroTray 
              AGSServices
4)Now please locate the OOBE folder following the path mentioned below:-
Rename OOBE folder to OOBE_OLD
 
Windows: C>Program files or Program files(x86)>Common files>Adobe>OOBE and rename the OOBE folder to like (OOBE_OLD).
 
Mac OS X : Macintosh HD>Library>Applciation support>Adobe>OOBE .
 
Note: The library will be hidden in Mac OS X version 10.7 and later you can access the hidden library ie the root library by In the Finder, choose Go > Go To Folder.
In the Go To Folder dialog, type ~/Library and click Go to access the hidden library.
