Workstation support encompasses the acquisition and maintenance of a desktop or laptop system (hardware and software) and access to standard File and Print Services. The service includes break/fix support for workstations and printers. In some cases, the work is done with IT staff, however some services (like printer repair and Apple hardware support) can best be done by vendors certified by the manufacture.
