ReadyTalk Requirements:

ReadyTalk supports all browser types including Mozilla, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Netscape.  The Chairperson and co-presenters must be on Java version 1.3.1 or higher.  Participants must be on Java version 1.3.1 or higher OR Flash 9.0.28 or higher.

UberConference Requirements:

UberConference supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer.  Chrome version 37 works best and is required for anyone sharing their screen, desktop or Google Drive docs.  To dial into a conference using your computer you must be using Chrome.

ReadyTalk Broadcast Audio:

Broadcast Audio offers participants the convenience of listening to a Web conference over their computer speakers without needing to use a traditional telephone.  Typically, this option would be useful for a large one-time conference where two-way audio interaction will not be needed.

With Broadcast Audio, the Chairperson would need to schedule his/her conference in advance, as the On-Demand feature is not available. The Chairperson is then provided with a dial-in number for controlling the Broadcast Audio, URL link for the web conference, plus a second audio dial-in number that can be shared with participants who would prefer listening on the telephone rather than through computer speakers. (Note: additional charges apply when participants phone in.)

Rates for Broadcast Audio vary.  If you would like to schedule a Broadcast Audio conference please indicate so in the notes section of the order form.
