How to get repair service

If you are experiencing problems with your Laboratory telephone, data set, cellular telephone or cordless headset, call the Telephone Service Center at ext. 7997 or send e-mail to [email protected].
Hours of operation:

Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. To ensure faster service on Laboratory telephone equipment repairs be sure to include the following information:

  • equipment location (building, room number)
  • primary extension on telephone
  • detailed description of the trouble

After Hours Emergency Trouble Response Support System:

It is Laboratory policy not to provide after hours trouble response support except for troubles that effect the telephone system as a whole or severely disable an important time urgent project.
