- For Windows Active Directory or Windows printing: Call the Helpdesk at x4357 (486-4357) or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
$60.00 Incident Fee to create help desk ticket
$90 per hour for standard printer service
$135 per hour for high priority printer service
$135 per hour for plotter service
Quote will be provided for cost of parts, return visit may be required.
