ITE-12SD (Display) Call Forward

Call forward allows your calls to be answered at another location.  As a reminder, there will be a brief ring at your extension when a call is being forwarded.

Your calls can be screened and transferred back to you.  Always notify the person receiving your forwarded calls before using this feature.  Calls forwarded to an outside number will incur a toll charge.  If you have Voice Mail, you may forward an extension directly to the Voice Mail access number, 7100, and retrieve the messages later.

To Forward calls:

1. Press the button of the extension to be forwarded.
2. Lift the handset.
3. You should hear dial tone.
4. Press CALL FWD.
5. You should hear two beeps.
6. The CALL FWD lamp should be OFF.
7. Dial the phone number to which calls are to be forwarded.
   (include “9” before phone number for external call forwarding)
8. You should hear two beeps.
9. The CALL FWD lamp should be ON.
10. Hang up.

To cancel Call Forward:

1. Press the button of the extension for which Call Forward is to be canceled.
2.  Lift the handset.
3. You should hear dial tone.
4. The CALL FWD lamp should be ON.
5. Press CALL FWD.
6. You should hear two beeps.
7. The CALL FWD lamp should be OFF.
8. Hang up.
