For TABL article submissions, please click on the link below and complete the form:

IT TABL Submission Request Form

You will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Requested Publication Date
  • Headline
  • Description
  • URL
  • Image

It is expected that before you submit the TABL article, all related content on the IT website and any FAQs are up to date and reflect your announcement. Longer news stories can be posted on the IT website and linked from TABL submissions. TABL articles should only link to the IT Website or to IT FAQs on the ITFAQ site on Commons as a general rule. In your submission to us, please provide the links to appropriate content that show that it's been updated. Stories on the IT website don't require the approval process. You can send them to or follow the instructions on the IT Staff Pages for creating new Blog Posts.

Similarly, for any new poster or handout content, please ensure it's reviewed by Adam before it goes to press. It's especially important to use simple links in poster content, for example or we can create new links like for any service.
