International Priority Airmail (IPA), a business service which can be used to deliver letters, printed matter, merchandise and other matter. Please contact Mail Services before preparing International Bulk Mail.

IPA includes:

• Expanded acceptance at thousands of post offices
• New, low drop ship rates at four regional facilities
• Volume discounts ranging from 5 to 15 percent
