William (Bill) B Andreopoulos - will send a site wide email with info pointing to the screencast by April 2. He will also include Dan's NERSC training - Bill will send out email before June 20
William (Bill) B Andreopoulos - will collate the survey data by April 2. - will present to us next meeting(5 minutes)
@Kecia M Duffy will work on completing governance and guidelines for writing content. - Still working on it
Jeff L Froula - working on outline on how to proceed with profiles(will talk with Nigel on how to get people to fill out April 4
William (Bill) B Andreopoulos - look at getting AWS rep to come and speak to us about that since we may want to consider porting some things to that in the future

10 minutes	Update on Data science Education	Bill	Bill has contacted an AWS rep about training - they want more info from us about exactly what we want. Bill is following up on that
15 minutes	Discussion of next steps for each project(any missing tasks)	All	Simona is wondering if we should coordinate with Kjiersten on the Friday hackathon. Unclear how it will be organized and who will do it.
