outline the minimal requirements that would be needed in order 

                    1)roll out to a small usability test group

                    2)roll out to everyone

                   Assign some dates for each of these milestones.

• Group feels that we should be able to roll out this in June, but Leila/Jon would like for us to have a good amount of content and then spend a month getting some useablity testing with a larger group before pushing out to the larger JGI
• Jeff, Kecia, Bill, Jon will work on adding content by May 20
• Leila, Jon with work on cleaning up the interface with the desired menus and layouts for documentation and forums
• There was some confusion around the difference between tags and categories. The final agreed approach, was that we would start with our small number of forums(Bioinformatics Methodolgy,Data Science, JGI Processes) and then the topics for discussion would be tags. For example:Functional Genomics would be a tag, not a category
