The Sample Management team are finalizing the last of the manual freezer inventory to close out the remaining ship/trash tickets. All "unfound" samples will be marked "trashed" and after shipments are complete, the next freezer database will be updated, SAM defrafaffed, and we can look at the updated dataset to then look at future capacity relative to the FY18 forecast. Ronan shared the Freezer Sample Storage Policy with the Programs but I never saw any responses so I assume they all understand and agree. Now we just need execution of this. |
